Sweet Chocolate Cake |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 9x13 Cover the bottom with parchment paper.2. Heat the chocolate and water at high temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir halfway. Stir until melted and smooth.3. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.4. In a large bowl, beat 1 cup butter and 2 cups of sugar until fluffy. In 4 egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Flour mixture alternately with the whey. Beat after each addition until smooth.5. In a bowl beat the high-speed protein, until soft peaks form. Gently stir in the dough. Pour into 9x13 pan customs.6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely, then frost with coconut pecan frosting nuts.7. Combine milk, sugar 1 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup butter, 4 egg yolks and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla coffee in a large pot. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or until thick and golden brown. Remove from heat. Add the coconut and pecans. Cool to room temperature, and the spread uniformity.
