Hot & Sour Shrimp Soup


ingredients
 
1/2 pound shrimp
1/2 c bok choy
• Immediate sour Thai shrimp paste 1-2 tablespoons
The lime juice 1-2
• 3 tablespoons boiling water


1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
The straw mushrooms 1 box
 

cooking instructions
   
1. Wash Soak the shrimp shells for 10 minutes in salted water.
2. Drag and Devin shrimp, drain on paper towels.
3. Add garlic, shrimp paste and lemon juice 3 cups of boiling water.
4. Add shrimp, mushrooms and Choy swamps.
5. Cook over medium heat until shrimp turn pink and Choy swamp is tender, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
